Attorney Biography – Timothy J. McGary
      Mr. McGary holds undergraduate degrees from Northern Virginia Community College, A.S. 1976 and Ohio Northern University, B.A., 1978. Mr. McGary, is a 1981 graduate Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law. Mr. McGary has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1981, and, has served as staff counsel for a major loan servicing company, supervising the foreclosure section of that company.

      Mr. McGary practices in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. His bankruptcy experience ranges from consumer Chapter 7 cases to complex Chapter 11 matters involving publicly traded stock corporations. Mr. McGary is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, including the local and federal courts in those jurisdictions.
